Loren Cooper is an M.A. of Rhetoric and Composition candidate at UCF and hopes to one day teach composition online from a beach in Peru. He is a father of two and considers himself an avid collector of old books, hot sauces, and lunatics. His dog is better than yours.
Maria Garciais a Rhetoric and Composition graduate student at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include multimodal composition, literacy studies, and working with multilingual writers.
Kendra Gilbertson is the Assistant Director of Academic Support Services within the College of Arts & Humanities Student Advising (CAHSA) office at the University of Central Florida. She has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing the Professional Writing graduate certificate.
Christopher Grabert is a master's student in University of Central Florida's rhetoric and composition program. He enjoys dogs, sunshine, and applying rhetorical theory to stand up comedy performances.
Emily Hensley is currently a student in the Texts & Technology PhD program with a specialization in Rhetoric and Composition. When she's not teaching or reading for class, she spends her time watching movies and reading scary stories on the Internet.
Leah Corinne Jones is specializing in Rhetoric and Composition in the Texts & Technology PhD program at the University of Central Florida. She is interested in rhetorical listening in digital spaces.
Kim Martinez has worked in higher education, providing academic and advising support to under-served student populations. With a background in English Literature, her rhetorical interests include feminism, empowerment, and hybridity.
Rena Perez is a graduate student at UCF pursuing an M.A. degree in Rhetoric and Composition. Her research interests include writing center theory and practice, literacy studies, and composition pedagogy. She spends her free time volunteering as the Director of Relay for Life of UCF and loves to sing karaoke.
Andrew Petrykowski is a graduate student pursuing a Rhetoric and Composition M.A. at UCF. His research interests include theory vs. practice in composition pedagogy and writing center administration and theory. He enjoys the company of his two cats and playing video games.
Devon Razey is a graduate student in the Rhetoric and Composition program at University of Central Florida. Her research interests include literacy studies, the rhetoric of online debate, and Googling explanations of her cat's emotional distance between mealtimes. She has collected an excessive assortment of VHSs and no plans of stopping.
Sarah Rumsey is a middle school English teacher pursuing the M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition at UCF. She spends her free time lifting weights, practicing jiu-jitsu with her husband, and training for aerial silks performances.
Rachel Streetis a master's student in the rhetoric and composition program at the University of Central Florida. Her current interests involve exploring digital rhetorics within YouTube and the implications for composition pedagogy.
Michele Toney is a Master's candidate in UCF's Rhetoric and Composition program. Her research interests include literate and linguistic diversity and composition pedagogy. She enjoys traveling to movie set locations and collects vintage Nancy Drew books.
